In preparation for an outstanding event, ArkACRAO invites the membership to share best practices by submitting a proposal for a session. The 2025 Conference Committee is seeking proposals that will be informative and relevant for professionals in the areas of admissions, recruitment, registrar, and leadership. The deadline to submit a proposal for the 2025 Fall Conference is June 13th. Please consider sharing your best practices! 

The Conference Committee encourages proposals that:
     • promote the recruitment of students
     • promote the retention and success of students
     • cultivate professional leadership skills
     • are based on or supported by research
     • contain new ideas and are on the cutting edge
     • promote diversity
     • feature a presenter with outstanding expertise in the topic area who brings new insights
     • utilize multiple colleges, organizations, partners or presenters
     • include topics relevant to private, public, community colleges, and universities 

Sessions are generally 45 minutes in length and are open to all conference participants with audience sizes ranging from 20-50. A good session covers one topic in-depth rather than giving an overview of many topics.

Proposals are due by June 13, 2025.
Selected Presenters will be notified Mid-July.
